1. Photoshop  is used to import, edit, customize images.
2. Photoshop was code named as Liquid Sky.
3. File extension is .psd
4. Magic wand tool selects similarly colored images.
5. Magic eraser tool erases with a single click.
6. Dodge tool lightens areas in image.
7. Burn tool darkens areas in an image.
8. Sponge tool changes the color saturation of an area.
9. Zoom tool magnifies and reduces the view of an image.
10. Hand tool moves an image.
11. By default , a new image has a single layer called the Background.
12. Double click on the layer to type a new name
13. Channels are used for storing information about color elements.
14. Filter gallery allows us to apply many different filters to a layer.
15. Masks are used to change one part of an image without affecting the rest of the image.
16. Quick mask lets the user create and view temporary mask for an image.
17. Layer Palette controls the layers in an image.
18. Group of layers is called Layer Sets.
19. Filters are used to add different types of special effects  to an image.
